But Im sure Roberts will. I think the Biden campaign is going to be a return to norms and traditions after 4 years of mayhem.

The Constitution doesn't specify who, exactly, has to do it, but in the past the presidential oath has been administered by judges or judicial officials: 15 Chief Justices, one Associate Justice, four federal judges, two New York state judges, and one notary public. Taft was a former president, but he was a sitting Supreme Court justice when he administered the oath. I doubt Obama would want to do it but would stick with tradition. Make Roberts do it.

But, yeah... Roberts should do it, though RBG would be my personal choice.
