It's an online sample designed to resemble a random sample but so is YOUGOV, Morning Consult, IPSOS, AP-NORC and many others.

Doing reputable political and other kinds of polling since 2014.

NBC/WSJ, you/gov and ABC/WAPO all give Biden a 9-12 pt lead. So this isn’t an outlier at all
