#BREAKING: I just signed legislation to guarantee that New Yorkers can vote safely & that EVERY vote counts.
All voters can now request an absentee ballot if they are concerned about COVID.
Voters can request absentee ballots starting TODAY.

This legislation ensures that every vote counts. All Boards of Elections must count:
-All ballots postmarked on or before Election Day & received within 7 days after Election Day.
-All ballots without a postmark received on Nov. 4 (the day after Election Day).
