IF we rely on them.

Difficult, I know, but ignore them, selectively if possible.

REMEMBER, there is NO NATIONAL election.

2. I asked the same thing about polls in August 2016. Polls don't mean

much until votes are counted. And, I really do believe there are trump supporters who don’t admit it to pollsters.

I don’t under why Biden isn’t ahead by 30 points, trump is so bad. But, he’s not.

5. Exactly. I'm going to need a refill of Xanax. I think we have good candidates,

but it is a concern. I’ll really freak out if GOPers get a convention bounce. Still think we win, but I was wrong in 2016.

Let’s hope.

7. Simple. SCOTUS judges. Republicans are highly disciplined when voting.

They could vote for Hitler if it means they get to appoint judges. If we understand that, it’ll go a long way towards us understanding we must GOTV and get our people to the polls. We can’t depend on “good republicans” seeing how bad Trump is and voting for Biden.

8. Which polls? Rasmussen?

The big media polls show a comfortable margin, relatively speaking. There's probably 30 polling outfits and you can always pick a few to panic over. The race had tightened a couple of points before the convention, but it's remarkably stable. Biden is doing better than Hillary. I'd rather be Joe Biden in this election than Trump. Biden is routinely either over 50% or damn close to it. Hillary usually polled in the mid 40's. I'm not sure I remember her over 50% ever.
