They are built on hate the libs.

So on November 5th 1980 I went to a Springsteen and the E Street band concert in Tempe. Rated as one of the best Bruce concerts ever. The night before Reagan was elected, and Bruce spent plenty of time ripping on Reagan along with what might be in front of us.

GOD FUCKING DAMN IT! Bruce called it out and nailed what we were in for.

But here is the kicker, name one mother fucking idiot, ignorant, selfish, piece of shit conservative who is still relevant 40 years later. THEY HAVE NONE!

And they have nothing, the errors made by Dems since then is not shoving their ignorance down their throats. Partially because it is not in our DNA to call them out for being ignorant. After Clinton, Bush, Obama, tRump, it is our duty to shove their ignorance down their throat, up their ass, whatever it takes.

The "trail of heroes" is indeed faint, but the power is amazing. Special credit needs to be given to Newt - the man with the "Contract for America" - too many didn't realize that it was a "Contract put out ON America" by these selfish, greedy, ignorant hogs whose only concern was to stuff their pockets and screw over those that didn't get what they were doing.

They're angry, but instead of trying to find out what the real reason is (that they themselves are the real problem), they use anything a democrat endorses as a way to release it.

Why?

I'd be really surprised if anyone read this far, but I speculate that much of the anger out there is genetic.

Being angry is part of their make-up, but unfortunately, they don't realize that and need something to blame for their anger, and guess what that is?

Anything a democrat endorses.

The reason why they chose that is usually tied in with their upbringing, life experiences and more things than I could possibly ever list.

Thank you for starting this thread, and thank you also to anyone who reads this far.

18. GOP stands for Greed Or Prejudice.

Usually they are different people.
The greedy wealthy that only wants low taxes and no regulations on corporations that they own or have stock in. They don’t like Trump. He embarrasses them. But their greed “trumps” the embarrassment.

The prejudice people are usually the righteously religious.
They live in a white Christian bubble that fears the other. They are led by their preachers saying that Democrats are baby killers and that black and brown people want to rape their white women.

These two wings of the GOP make up about 40% of our populace.

22. Negative Partisanship
Sat Aug 22, 2020, 04:47 PM
Aug 2020

Most of Trump's support is from people who hate Democrats, specifically Liberals. Their hatred is greater than their support of Trump.

The concept is pretty simple: Over the past few decades, American politics has become like a bitter sports rivalry, in which the parties hang together mainly out of sheer hatred of the other team, rather than a shared sense of purpose. Republicans might not love the president, but they absolutely loathe his Democratic adversaries. ”

There is a subset of the world's populace who doesn't mind that they're being hurt by Trump, so long as someone else is being hurt more.

Let's say you're a corn farmer who owns a MAGA hat. A lot of the corn we grow in the US is exported, but thanks to Trump's trade war that market has died. While you're busy plowing your crop under, you can console yourself by thinking of all the liberals who have to pay twice as much for French wine now.

four years ago. I can't think of anything that is better. The unemployment is 10.2%, over 176000 dead from COVID, our allies hate us,
Iran is back to making nukes, South Korea still has their missiles and nukes, our passports are useless and the wall isn't done and Mexico still isn't paying for it.

Ignore them. Focus your energy on the people who didn’t vote in 2016 for whatever reason. If “couldn’t be bothered to vote” was a candidate in 2016, it would have won the electoral college.
