How much do Ivanka, Jared, and the rest of the cabal get paid for being Trump's "Advisors?

... they write-off their salary as a tax deduction... but I think they made over $80,000,000 last year. They - and Crooked Donald - are not as interested in getting paid as they are in amassing much larger quantities of money.
