just a scenario... say you wake up Nov 4th - to find the dems only won one - which is best?

The House controls the pursestrings.
The Senate controls the federal judges.
The WH can bypass the House and Senate via Executive Orders.

Best: All three branches
Second Best: The House and the Senate with a Super Majority

Terms are longer, plus apparently you can just make up rules whenever, obstruct whatever, or do nothing at all if the other party has the House and Executive....
