With Dem and Rep conventions back to back any bounces would last only a few days. Better to wait until the dust settles about a week from Thursday. It costs money to poll. Why waste it on a poll now when you know it will change in a week?

You must have missed the all caps headlines here on DU.

The best poll was a CBS/YouGov poll showing Biden 52/Trump 42.

It's been 73% for several days, today it moved up to 74%. So there has been a little improvement.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?

This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.

As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
