DeJoy, the lying sonofabitch now spewing on my TV, just said that he did not order an

end to overtime, he just "suspended" it!

Is "the sumbitch needed smacking" still a defense in some jurisdictions?

He didn't "suspend" overtime. He just ordered that there would be no overtime approved. Is there any difference? Heck NO.

I just don't understand how they can say that out loud with a straight face.
