(35,176 posts)I would have a very difficult problem. I would never, not in 1000 years vote for this little asshole. We need D's more than anything to break this long long term supermajority in our congress but as bad as I would feel not voting for him I would never, not ever vote for someone like that or with that in their past.

(35,176 posts)I have been focused elsewhere and was unaware. Apparently the D he beat who had been in that office for something like 14 years is an anti choice D. I think that someone needs to wipe the slate clean and give the people someone who is an actual D to vote for. I know it does not work that way but just from my own experience I end up voting for D's I would never even consider a D. Anti choice candidates will never get my vote no matter who or what they are running against.

(47,423 posts)Looks like a small district, each of the two candidates in the primary got about 800 votes. This young man was claiming he wants to legalize pot which must have been attractive to some younger voters.

(10,497 posts)that lean more libertarian and dont know much about anything. They live in CO so it wouldnt get them to vote unless Sanders said it.
