They get excited and caught up in it and one cop will say get on the ground and the other will say stand up.They deliberately rough the guy up to make him mad. Happens all the time. so what’s a poor guy to do? Then of course they will lie about it

4. Ammon Bundy got arrested today for trespassing at the Idaho Capitol building

He refused to get up when the officer asked him to. A couple of women who were with him interfered with the officers, one even tussled briefly with an officer while he was cuffing Ammon. Did Ammon Bundy get shot seven times? He did not. Were the women tazed? No. Were they arrested? No.

6. There was that "suicide by cop" during the Malheur Refuge occupation

However, that now-dead Bundy compatriot, Lavoy Finicum, had to run from law enforcement, almost strike an officer with his vehicle, leave the vehicle and yell to arresting officers they would have to shoot him, then make a couple of exaggerated motions toward his firearm to provoke the gunfire. Even then, officers shot Finicum three times and one officer about to fire a fourth shot held back when he realized it wasn't needed.

Finicum had a fixation on being a martyr, having told a reporter at the Refuge that he would have to be shot before it was all done.
