6. Hennepin County, MN (Minneapolis & suburbs) replaced a conservative with the DFL endorsed candidate

in 2018. Dave Hutchinson replaced Rick Stanek who was a nasty piece of work. And, given all the recent problems, I'm so thankful Hutch is running the sheriff's department.
