He and the rest of the tRump family will be pardoned and will not go to fed jail
After he pardons his bunch of criminals including Pense, tRump will resign and Pense will pardon him. No federal charges for the whole lot of them.
Still state charges if he doesn't flee the country. New York needs to indite him before he leaves and have the Secret Service hand him over once he is no longer president.
