For better or worse, our society operates on video with soundbites. That's what lodges in the public's minds.

"Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country."

"I am not a crook."

"Tear down this wall."

"Read my lips: no new taxes."

These all came to define presidencies and the speakers were viewed by the public, not just read later. Biden needs to go before cameras saying some of what's in this statement so news outlets will run the clips, especially "The job of a President is to lower the temperature." That one is really good and could gain some traction if they will get video of Biden saying it.

Biden and Harris need to be out there pounding the message that Trump is the eye of the storm who roots for chaos and has mishandled covid.

"Mr. Trump is the chaos and covid president. A Biden administration will bring about peace, prosperity and safety for all."

Or else give the front page to tRUMP. With tRUMP it will be a shameless photo op as we/America has seen many times. America needs to see Biden and hear him in the thick of things. Hear his honest and heartfelt words and yes, see his photo at these locations. Get out among the people, safely but with us. Technology is great but cold, even with powerful words it is sterile.

Trump does that because he plays to the sad standards in our culture. He knows we are a short-attention-span, video-oriented society and uses it to his benefit.

These statements are fantastic but he needs to say them on TV and get air time. People want to see what a real president looks like, they don't read statements like this. If he takes to the airwaves to deliver these it helps his chances so much more.

This violence is Trump’s America. The rest is just presentation around that main theme. Subtle, but brilliant in the world of branding. Biden’s not gonna let Trump escape his record on violence on American streets. Nor will he let him escape his horrible Coronavirus record.

Watch how Trump tries to hide from those two things—he has no defense. If Trump tries to use those issues against Biden, it only reminds voters of Trump’s own colossal failures.

" We must not become a country at war with ourselves. A country that accepts the killing of fellow Americans who not agree with you. A country that vows vengeance towards one another. "

...but what do you do when your political opposition insists on having it this way?...turn the other cheek?...pretend it doesn't exist?

...sometimes it feels like it's already too late...

And all of us are less safe because Donald Trump can't do the job of the America president.
