They already don't enforce laws and protections evenly in their jurisdiction w/out legal ramification.
But they'll rally to Trump, Kenosha PD has made it very clear who and what they support.

Jax wanted the money up front to hire more police, the RNC said no, they will give Jax the money after the event.. Jax knowing tRumps history of not paying said pay up front. With out the money Jax said no.
