Not once did I think this was making fun of stroke victims, because he's vehemently denying it. I understood it to be a clap back at trump on two levels, actually. The racial slur, Pocahontas, that he continues to use on Elizabeth Warren combined with using his denials of any strokes and incessant lies about Biden's mental ability. trump and his loons are jack-hammering the idea that Biden has dementia. They are doctoring videos of Biden as "proof" of this.

I guess we have different opinions about the intent,
