1. No. The reason is nobody in leadership has supported this

from President Biden, Vice President Harris, speaker Pelosi or Senator Schumer. A few congresspersons have but that is not enough to move the dial and make it a thing.

in the few instances I have seen nothing, more than a budget cut that the GOP would laud were they not rank hypocrites.
