AOC unseated Jim Crowley, who had taken his constituents for granted. He deserved to lose.

AOC got about 17000 votes. Joe Crowley was out recruiting and funding democratic candidates nation wide in an attempt to take and hold the House. Did he take his eye off the ball at home, maybe, but as a member of the democratic leadership he had another roll to play.
