This is going to be close for people in some states. If the Post Office stalls getting them to you, and they stall getting them back to the election bureau, it doesn't give you much time to fill them out and turn them in. Budget your time appropriately fellow citizens!

I've been on the phone 5 times with the county Board of Elections (Delaware County, PA). Ballots will not be mailed out until late Sept. or early Oct. I've submitted a form rescinding my mail in ballot so I can vote in person.

In PA (and most states) you can hand deliver your mail in ballot at the county Board of Election. If you really don't want to vote in person, that's way better than mailing it in.

We want to take our ballots in asap, but we also want to vote in all the down-ballot races, so I hope the Dems are on this.
