7. Excellent to actually watch Joe studying and preparing solutions

to the problems he will encounter in his upcoming job.
That is how most Americans go about in their workplaces. We can all relate and admire a good work ethic. I hope there are more of these. I find them more impressive than political speeches and photo ops.
