you couldn't trust the computer system or people running the systems.

Personally, I've already ordered my ballot. I'll fill it out when I get it, and drop it off at a ballot collection box. I think that's as safe as voting in person.

I am also not concerned the USPS will fail if one returns their ballots early. Yeah, wait until the last minute, and there might be a problem. In the end, I think the postal workers will do the right thing.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2020. Missouri offers three ways to vote in the 2020 General Election: in-person, absentee (requires a notary unless the request is due to incapacity or confinement due to illness or physical disability), and mail-in (requires a notary).

I work 6 days a week so finding an open notary is a pita.

I'm not young anymore and have some underlying medical issues. I'm in Manhattan so the great majority of people here are totally accustomed to and very good about wearing masks, social-distancing, etc. I'm very disturbed about the deliberate and brazen hobbling of the Post Office and have just about decided to take my chances and vote in person via early voting, rather than by mail. This is unquestionably the most important election of my lifetime and I'm willing to take the risk to hopefully expel Trump.
