Heilman then talked about how many people have seen in their own families and loved ones the signs of dementia. To those who've seen it, Trump looks familiar. The really interesting point Heilman made was that dementia often strips away the veneer of politeness, political correctness, whatever you want to call it and what that person really thinks starts to come out. They no longer have a filter on their thoughts which I personally have seen. I got the impression he thinks Trump is becoming increasingly unfiltered as shown in his interview with Laura Ingram the other day.

Given Fred Trump had Alzheimers/dementia, it's entirely possible that will be Trump's fate as well.
