I think the Democrats should run some ads that are specifically talking to people who dont vote. Talking directly to appeal to them about the urgency of the situation. Something like this:
Lots of people sit on the sidelines at election time. They think their vote doesnt make any difference. They think both parties are the same. Are you one of them?
This election is different. We need you need you to save America.
(Paul revere image saying the dictators coming! The dictators coming!)
Donald Trump doesnt want four more years. He wants to be king for life, and his children thereafter. People around the world are worried that he will become a dangerous dictator like his heroes Putin, Kim Jong Un, Mussolini. Even lifelong republicans can see the threat. Trump keeps an enemies list.
The polls look good for Joe Biden, but not good enough. Trump and McConnell are working to take away your right to vote. They are working to take away your social security, clean water, worker protections and free speech, too. But right now, your vote is whats really matters.
Trump has told his people to try to vote twice in this election. We just need you to vote once for Joe Biden. Please dont sit on the sidelines, indifferent to whether the red team or blue team wins. If the republicans win, there will be one man left holding the ball, and he has no intention of ever giving it back. (Play trump saying twelve more years)

I wish there was a way to let the Biden campaign and some of the other groups creating our political ads know about your idea. I believe it would be extremely effective. Awesome idea!
