Someone I know, is a teacher in the Omaha area. Another teacher tested positive for Coronavirus, now all those teachers who came in contact with her has to be quarantined and rested. It doesn’t end there! Anyone who came in contact with my friend’s girlfriend has to be tested to see if they need to be quarantined also! They just had to have school no matter the problem of more people getting infected!

1. School In Next Town Over...

...went full normal, with opt out.
About 75% still are going.
Per a mother of 2 students (one HS, one Jr Hi), they've had 1 positive test among students, and 6 new cases around town in a week. There's only 4,500 in town! This brings their total to 64! 1.4% of the population.

2. Do they teach in OPS or another district?

Because OPS is fully online.

I knew OPS was remote, but Westside and Millard isn’t.
