Vote tallies should not be announced at the end of the day on November 3rd.

With the amount of absentee votes expected this year, why don't the states change their reporting rules. The vote tallies should not be announced until the absentee votes are counted. If we have to wait 2 weeks for results, then so be it. This is the only fair thing to do. I am sick of worrying about Trump acting like he won on election day. This can all be easily fixed. Don't announce the tallies until all the votes are counted. It's that simple.

(opened, etc), and then processed on election day more quickly than if they opened everything up on election day.

Not sure what the cons are to them counting the ballots as they come in, so that we can have a count by elections day -but if there isn't much harm in it, I would opt for that too.
