That explains the ballot I received today in the mail which was addressed to "Fluffy Charms".

My dog is still waiting for her ballot

vote back in the 90s. Smokey, registered a Democrat, Tibetan terrier. We had to wait until he was 2 1/2 years old to register himthats 18 in dog years. We told him in no uncertain terms not to vote for Jesse Ventura for Governor, or we would send him to the pound.
He signed in with a paw print, and he voted for Skip Humphrey.
