I was thinking of the SC example in 2018 but that was actually a case of uncertified election in the state and challenged as a fraudulent vote scheme, which would fall within the decision you cited.

I suppose it wouldn't take long for her to get booted given her advertised contempt for the Speaker and a majority of the US population and rule of law as well. She could quickly be expelled so there's that. At least there are remedies for this type of attempt to infiltrate Congress with CT nuts.
