Here's a bit of what I last read

Driver was pro Trump and part of a counter protest to BLM.

The driver was finally questioned along with another person. Earlier the other people in the car we're also questioned.

At this point police haven't determined yet if there was a crime committed

Gaaaahhh, delberately driving through a crowd of your polititical opponents is questionable as a crime... !?!???!
