I think it’s supposed to mean, “He can’t take a joke,” but beside a colleague’s dead son’s grave is a shitty place to crack a joke, and I don’t think that Trump was joking.

I served with multiple Flag Officers during my 28 years in the Navy.

The vast majority of them were men and women of impecable honor and integrity.

There was a small minority that were the type of officers that would fill you with a burning desire to take a shower if you just walked past them in the passageway.

No doubt which category Kelly falls in.
