he's been saying it for forever. And he's right. If you don't test people you don't know how many people have the virus. And, if people die at home, hopefully their death certificate will cite other causes, and then that number goes away. Just get rid of the numbers, and you get rid of the covid. Just like votes. If you don't count votes, they don't count. No matter how many there are.
