I can truly only remember one time he went to iraq i think thanksgiving?

Yesterday, the show featured a contributor who stated the incredible claim that Trump has made several non-publicized visits, some in the middle of the night, to a Washington-area airbase to honor the return of our fallen troops. The radio show has a large following of religion-minded conservative voters who believe the lies which are broadcast. Sadly, there is virtually no way to fact-check the lies which are being spread to Trump's base.

ON EDIT: My thanks goes to Sinistrous for pointing out that Dover AFB is not in the Washington area. (It is about 100 miles east of DC). The term "Washington-area airbase" was mine, not the contributor's. I got confused because the host (Jordan Sekulow) introduced the contributor (Wesley Smith) as having served at Andrews AFB. I have accessed the archived segment online, and I have listened again to Wesley Smith's remarks. What I understand from his allegations are the following: President Obama visited Dover AFB when media-covered ceremonies were conducted to receive the remains of our fallen heroes. Trump visited Dover AFB not only when widely-publicized ceremonies occurred, but also when there transpired smaller, non-media-covered ceremonies to receive the remains of fewer (i. e., one or two) of our heroes. Smith stated that "sometimes" Trump traveled to Dover AFB "in the middle of the night" for such ceremonies.
