They don't understand the simple dynamics of boating and they think they are bulletproof. Big boats will swamp smaller boats and they cut in front of each other and ships as well.

I work on a busy piece of water daily in a small craft and see this every weekend when the weather is decent. Today there were tons of idiots and the handful of trump flag flying assholes who are so proud to just boat around and act like tough guys.
