It's more a matter of finding someone who can't do anything other than weaken and disrupt at all levels, helping their ascension to power and then leave to them what comes naturally.

7. I've wondered for some time if the Russian bounties

may have gone farther than we were told. If, for instance, Individual-1 was told: "Hokay, Donald Fredovich, here's the deal. For every 100 Americans who die of covid we'll forgive $1000 of the money you owe us."

This is pure speculation on my part, but it does explain what we're seeing.
