Cohen's book. Get the feeling it's going to be greatly lacking in real substance

All of these “tell all” books focus on the gossip that merely confirm things about trump that previous books confirmed: he’s an a**hole, a racist, greedy, uncaring, etc

We know all that. Known for years. Woodward, Wolff, Mary Trump, Bolton and now Cohen seem to be focusing on personality traits we already know

Cohen should be in the know re: serious topics such as trump’s financial crimes:

Campaign finance violations
Bribery
Falsifying tax/bank records
Money laundering

THAT’S what we all need to be hearing about

I’ve seen the video and it appears to be rather mundane. Maybe there’s edited video Cohen could comment on but we know trump is a racist. Has been his whole life. This is nothing new

What needs light shed on it are his massive financial crimes and Cohen should be uniquely positioned to reveal some about that

5. Exactly! They could have played it at the 2012 convention and no one would remember it today

It's a bad comedy routine. Nothing more than that IMO

13. That might be one of the psychological sickest things I've heard someone say about trump.

Trump is actually much sicker than that, but this anecdote is really sad.

He has tapes. I doubt that he does, but tapes would certainty make things much more interesting.

He will need a ton of evidence for his accusations to stick, but I want to hear what he has to say.

He wrote the book for money, not because he has principles of any kind. I'll be shocked if there is anything in it that people don't already know about Trump. Not wasting my money on it.

criminal, Russian asset, and worse — Cohen would have spilled it to avoid jail.

Lock him up.

Real credible details. No idea which ones exactly, but he was in charge of negociations.

Seems like Cohen wants to tell the opposition what it wants to hear. Unless Cohen has documentation to back up what he says, and is willing to show it (he was Trump's fixer for years), his credibility is on par with Trump's.

...Trump tried so hard to stop the book including using Barr to put him back in Prison unless he signed an agreement to not release a book.

Cohen has receipts and he knows where the bodies are buried.

the book because there may truly be some huge revelations. However, I am not holding my breath because most of the big bombshells in these tell-alls get leaked beforehand or have been revealed in public testimony. I also think that Cohen is going to be seen as an interesting figure down the line, assuming we eventually get through this gigantic cluster**** we find ourselves in. He has a position from which he can chronicle the rise and the fall of what will be America's most horrifying political figure, from an insider perspective. To me Cohen, the cheesy criminal, is certainly more interesting than John Bolton, for instance.
I think this book will have some interest now and possibly something my kids may even pick up off the bookshelf some day. I very well could be wrong. I am not generally a tell-all book buyer by any means.
