A question: Could tRump shut down the USPS?

I mean, order it to stop operating, say for two weeks, before and after the election?

I know it's a pretty far-fetched scenario, but I put very little past this basturd in trying to hold power.

It would be immediately appealed and I'm sure would be suspended.

Even now, with the slow-down, lots of vital things aren't arriving as they should. A lot of people are furious about that.
