He blithely undermined needed services and projects to prop up his lie about "building a wall that Mexico would pay for." His mouth wrote checks that his lack of governing and negotiating skills couldn't pay for, so he used the Pentagon budget as his personal cash cow to offset the political fallout of his lies and incompetence.

2. How much of the money from the wall

Ended up in his pockets from him giving contracts out to only those he corrupted into funneling money into his campaign, which he then took? I think this was his intent all along , promote the wall for him to profit from using propaganda, and all a scheme to embezzle money . Wonder how many other ways he and family members have used this tactic too.
