who hired DeJoy? Who hired the USPS Board of Govenors. Who do the Board members answer to?

I have righty on Neighborhood who says Trump is not responsible in any way for the USPS mess.

Need reputable sources. Not FAKE News. Everything is fake news to her.

Bernie Sanders blocked all of Obama's nominees to the Board. They apparently went progressive enough. Thereby causing a large number of vacancies when tRump became President. He was able to pack the Board with his ilk. We all should have paid much more attention.

approve the Board of Directors. To which another person responded that they were Republican.

She ran out of arguments at that point.
