These people need to be remanded to custody for disenfranchisement!
Oh, no. Theyre actually getting BETTER at voter suppression. They have no interest in quitting.
How else can they win?

..., Abortion Rights, Climate Change, Second Amendment, First Amendment
ANYTHING ...
Because if you can't vote those out that will not do what the people want then none of those issues mean a damn.
No one needs voting machine changes, just keep people from voting.
We need to pressure all of our pols on this, these places are ran by people we vote into office and they need to change his quickly

(10,667 posts)It's the many, many voters who see the line and so don't or can't vote. They have to get to work and they just don't have an hour to kill.
They specifically suppress Democratic votes with long lines by both reducing the number of polling places in Democratic/minority areas and also challenging voters on election day at the few polling places that remain in Democratic/minority areas. You can be damn sure you won't see many Republican poll watchers in rural Ohio. They'll have some for sure, but only to be able to say "see, we take a bipartisan approach to voter suppression".
