General Discussion
Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsI just saw the two most vicious political ads so far this year...
The first one was a woman getting into her car in a dark parking lot, she's attacked by three black men, (of course,) and she reaches for the gun she has in between the seats, but it disappears. Announcer says it's because of the "anti-gun lib'ruls," of course.
The car window is smashed and the next scene shows the car with the door left open and the driver's side window smashed.
That ad was from the NRA, big surprise, right?
Then there was an ad showing riots and burning, and blaming "the democrats" and Biden, of course.
The slogan was, with Trump, jobs, not mobs.
This one was from Trump, "I'm Donald Trump and I approve this message."
This is the trump campaigns this year: Smear and fear.

(10,823 posts)Of course it is because that's all they've got.
But here's the thing--Joe Biden has thus far managed to keep this race as a referendum on Trump and his slimy enablers. As long as that holds, it's bad news and slipping numbers for the Republicans.
This is Trump's America. He owns it.

(30,978 posts)They must be getting really frustrated. Plus their ads look and sound cheesy. Doing it on the cheap no doubt. Like they do everything else
