I have a question about Michael Cohen

If this has come up before I apologize, but wouldn't Cohen's and Trump's shenanigans come under lawyer/client priviledge?

5. Only if he was asked for and/or giving legal advice.

Much of the time he was doing things that aren't what lawyers normally do. Additionally, there's the crime-fraud exception, which removes from the privilege any communications in which the client is asking how to commit a crime or the lawyer is advising him how to do it, or participating in it. There was a fair amount of that going on as well.
