Even if its still running during a questionable encounter, its too easy to erase the evidence. Even when the evidence of police misconduct is recorded, its too difficult to get a DA to actually prosecute. The entire culture of most police forces (and their relationships with District Attorneys) remains corrupt. I have no idea how to address this problem (although I am a big fan of the Hippie Patrol).

to the masses. However, it hasn't burst wide open...all we have is a sliver of a peek. Changes MUST be made.
