1. Start here:

2. The picture must live on another site. If it's yours, upload it

to a site like Flickr and post the URL to the pic

If it's not yours, right click on it and copy the location, which you can post.

3. On an image hold your thumb on it

You will get the option of Copy or Save

If you copy you can come back to the text box (this box) hold your finger down again and hit paste. Most pics will post as jpg gif or something like that. Some won’t. Some have a massive address which is a pain in the ass.

You can also use a posting site like
https://postimages.org/

Choose the image from your photos, hit Done, and then you have lots of options at the bottom. I tend to use the second one.

4. I use postimages, it's great, easiest thing is just to choose "direct link" option and it copies

right onto your clipboard, then come back and paste into your message.

You need to click on the 'share' button on postimages. Then, just copy and paste the code in the box labeled 'direct link'. It will look like this:

Note: I added a space between 'postimg.' and 'cc' so you can see the code.

8. Several people have offered good advice.

However, always preview your posts before clicking the Post button. That way, you will see whether your image actually shows up.
