Hillary's campaign ignoring MI and WI was the biggest error in modern presidential campaigning history.

Which is very smart. They're being strategic and nimble and also keeping Trump off guard.
And since in this COVID era, they're not building crowds, they don't need to provide a lot of advance notice of where they're going.
