Michele Bachmann: The Bible warned that transgender Black Marxists would try to elect Biden
BySky Palma Posted on September 8, 2020
During an appearance on televangelist Kenneth Copelands program last week, former Minnesota GOP Rep. Michele Bachmann proclaimed that the Black Lives Matter movement, coupled with unrest in the streets, was prophesied bible as events designed to destabilize the U.S. and usher in a Joe Biden presidency.
Antifa is, if you go to their website, their materials, they are directly traceable to the Communist Party because their goal is the overthrow of the United States government and to bring communism into America, Bachmann said in a video clip flagged by Right Wing Watch. Just like Black Lives Matter, this is not a new movement either. On their website, these are transgender Marxists, transgender Black Marxists who are seeking the overthrow the United States and the dissolution of the traditional family.
For people who know their Bible, this is exactly what the prophets told us, she later added. So, we stand on the word of God, the Bible, and we say, Satan, flee, were going to stand on the truth of God.

(21,447 posts)in Minnesota? Is it something in the water of all those lakes?
Can any DUers from MN shed light on the craziness that comes out of there sometimes?
KentuckyWoman

(21,447 posts)the whole state is crazy, but I do wonder why so many people there can back someone like Bachman, just as I wonder how KY has supported Moscow Mitch for so long.
In fact, it's because I've had such positive views of people In both places that I wonder how such politicians gain a following there. If I really thought that MN and/or KY people were all nut cases, I wouldn't even ask what's going on there. I would just accept it as normal for them.
I've never been to MN but my husband was there briefly some years ago and loved it. I have been to KY and thought it was absolutely beautiful, and the people I encountered were gracious and friendly.
So Bachman and Moscow Mitch create a dissonance for me.

(6,679 posts)I am a nut case ... a progressive one who has gone toe to toe to stop gerrymandering in Kentucky ... but nutty just the same.
Can't fight you on that ....

(21,447 posts)isn't it?
NY is not as blue as some people think. There are many solidly red pockets here, mostly in small towns and rural farming country. I live in a small city surrounded by dairy farms. So I am the local nut case who supports progressive views and politics.
From one progressive nut to another -- Hi!

(6,551 posts)I was very happy when she was defeated (something that I could not vote to accomplish as she wasn't in my district). She is persistent if nothing else. She just won't go away! She enjoys the limelight too much I guess. She was born in Iowa and is a Betsy DeVos clone.

(21,447 posts)embarrassment to most of you. Restores my faith in the land of Klobuchar. My condolences to you for her persistance.
The congressman for my NY district is a Tea Party Republican who is now trying to distance himself from that association since he has higher ambitions. His political views have not changed a bit, though. I am dedicated to convincing people to vote for his opponent this year. If he makes it to governor in 2 years, he will be our national embarrassment, not to mention devastating for NYers.

(5,930 posts)Bachmann was never elected to any statewide office in Minnesota, and never could be. She was elected to represent a strangely-shaped, heavily-gerrymandered, safe-Republican district that sprawled across the map from the exurbs and rural areas of central Minnesota, through the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities, and - gack - all the way to my house.
And what was wrong with the people of those exurbs, suburbs, and rural areas? The same thing that's wrong with the nation: decades of Fox News and hate radio.

One time at Christmas, they served a raw, marinated fish for a church group gathering and teased me about my squeamishness. One guy advised me to just pop a piece in my mouth. "No need to chew. It will just swim and slither its way down."

(23,945 posts)the craziness that comes out of her strongly resembles the craziness that comes out of rural America in every state.
our nation has two Overton Windows. she seems like a batshit-crazy loon to us here, but Bachmann is well within the American conservative mainstream.

(10,136 posts)I'm voting for Biden as soon as my ballot arrives, but
-I'm not Black
-I'm not transgender
-I suppose I'm a Marxist, if you include Groucho
so I suppose a 33% accuracy rate is about par for Bachman. I don't remember this stuff from the Bible, but I was raised Catholic and we may have used a different version (when we used it at all)

(36,053 posts)takes you to Joe Biden's campaign website. These are not antifa.

The phone number is associated with numerous complaints of scams. In fact, Microsoft won an injunction against the website owners in March.
John Does 1-2, Microsoft said, attempted to access and send malicious software, code and instructions to protected computers, operating systems and networks of Microsoft and its customers. The corporate giant accuses the mysterious defendants of seeking to steal information by using new domains.
Unfortunately, that doesnt tell us much about the owners real identity or potential motives. Its possible this link was made to troll internet users or to imply a possible real-world connection between Bidens campaign and the Antifa movement.
And now some redirect has Bachmann's brain twisted so much that she forgot the biblical quote that proves her sanctimonious pride.
