The number of undecided is so much smaller than in 2016. That means most people made up their minds one way or the other. It's all about turn out and GOTV.

Repubs have been losing the demographics war for decades and they know it.
Voter suppression has been a major part of their strategy since the 90's at least, and it goes deeper than that.
