He's not running for reelection - he's planning on stealing the election outright. WI and FL have hackable databases so Russia will 100% steal those for drumpf and there are 11 other states with the same system. He will declare victory before the mail in votes are counted and trust Barr & the military to keep him in power so he doesn't go to jail.
