It's Michigan specific. Very pro-Union. He's talking about Trump's empty promises about jobs in America. He can talk about the Auto Bailout. And in comparison to all of the damage Trump has done, it's pretty real.

Obama created 80,000 job. Trump lost 20,000.

He has announced a tax penalty for those who off-shore manufacturing.

PLUS, a tax CREDIT to bring jobs back.

This could be good.
