When in reality, you can inform the public the severity of the virus (which Biden did) while keeping the public calm. We needed to know how to combat the virus, not being lied to that the virus isn't lethal or it will magically go away. Trump not only downplay the effect of the virus, he and the GOP actively belittle people for any virus prevention. They are trying to rewrite history that they have always "cared" about the virus.
