Trump had then quietly gone about doing what he should have done to prevent the spread of the virus. He could have ordered testing, tracing, and lots of PPE without creating panic. He could have suggested people wear masks as a precaution. The fact that he not only didn't do those things but he prevented them from being done makes it all one more lie.
