The system doesn't work especially well unless both parties are wearing masks AND are socially distanced. In addition, the individuals he is interviewing are speaking at a volume higher than normal, because of the ambient noise. Mr. Acosta is within 2 feet of that first idiot. Even though this appears to be outside, the risk is there.
